Read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation, they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

CTT carries out its activity under the trademark Taximés and acts as an agent when providing transportation reservation services through its web pages.
For your convenience we have a version translated into different languages, but this version (in Spanish language) is the only legally binding version.
CTT is a service of added value intermediation complementary to the official taxi service. As an added value, the management of reservations 365/24 (with modification, cancellation, adaptation of the service) with 24h assistance and online prepayment. The payment of the services includes the payment of the taxi service.
These conditions of service (general conditions) regulate the access and use of the services of this web page. The access and use of said services is conditioned upon acceptance and compliance with these conditions.
By formalizing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept these conditions, further confirming that you have the legal capacity and authority necessary to accept these general conditions on your own behalf and / or on behalf of your companions. Therefore, you will be responsible for making the appropriate payments, you must notify us of any modification or cancellation, and must, upon receiving the booking confirmation, inform the other travelers.

Intellectual property rights
The trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property rights that appear on our site belong to CTT and are protected by national and international industrial and intellectual property regulations.

Therefore its use is forbidden, including the modification, reproduction or total or partial representation without our express and written consent.

We control the good quality of the translation of our web pages, as well as the general terms and conditions set forth herein. In case of discrepancy and for legal purposes, the Spanish version will prevail.
CTT acts as the sales agent of the local transfer operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider"). To request a Service, you must follow the application procedure established on our website. All requests must be made at least 2 hours before the requested pick up time.
a) The services shown on our website do not constitute an offer of sale on our part, but rather an invitation for you to make an offer to the Supplier of said services. We can accept or reject your offer on behalf of the Supplier. All accepted requests are formalized by sending a booking voucher to the email address you have provided. If your request is rejected, you will be refunded the full amount (in Euros) of your pre-reservation or alternatively you will be offered an alternative provider that may have different conditions and / or additional charges.
b) Your service contract is directly with the Supplier. The special conditions of the reservation will appear in your reservation voucher. Our function facilitates the conclusion of the contract between you and the Supplier. As an agent, we will not accept any responsibility for the services provided by the Supplier.
c) The hiring of different transport services through our web page does not constitute a "combined trip" in the sense that the European Directive of 1990 refers to combined travel, combined holidays and combined circuits. Each reservation constitutes an independent service contract between you and the Provider.
3-Web booking procedure
a) All the public transport services that CTT offers on its website have been authorized by the local Suppliers.
b) By filling out the booking form, you will be making a purchase offer via the web. All the information provided in it, will be provided to the Supplier for validation and confirmation of the service. It is extremely important that you verify that the names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates and times are correct. Otherwise, you must contact us immediately to rectify it.
c) No request for service that is not accompanied by the corresponding payment will be attended. Immediately after the successful payment, we will send you a proof of it by email on behalf of the Provider. This proof of payment is not the confirmation of your reservation, it only informs you that your request is being processed with the Supplier. When the Supplier confirms your reservation, we will send you an email with the reservation voucher. This will be formally the binding contract between you and the Provider. The date of the contract will be the one that appears on the confirmation document. D) The Bonus or reservation voucher will include the meeting place with the Supplier. You can also find in the same voucher our 24/7 travel assistance telephone number where we will assist you in the English or Spanish languages in case of any unforeseen event during the contracted transfer. We recommend that you print the confirmation emails of the contracted services and the vouchers to present them or make use of them whenever it is required.
e) When you receive the booking voucher or voucher, review it carefully and make sure all the information is correct. We as an agent of the Supplier are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies that may be contained. In case you detect any error, you must notify us immediately. Consult our policy of modification and / or cancellation of reservations.
g) Any notification or communication that CTT sends you has to be ratified by you confirming reception. Otherwise, our system will keep the record of the delivery, already serving as notification and delivery confirmation.
4-Prices and payment
CTT, upon receiving your service request, acts as your agent or representative requesting payment of the full amount of the service you wish to contract with the Supplier.
On our website you can see the detailed prices per service, calculated according to the vehicle, the destination and the date you choose. We can modify the price of the services at any time and your request for service, even after being processed and paid, is subject to validation until the moment the voucher or reservation voucher is sent to you.
If the Supplier rejects the service or modifies the price with respect to your reservation request, we will inform you by email and request additional information or additional payment if necessary. If the Supplier does not definitively accept the service or you do not agree with the new price offered, we will reimburse you in full the amount you paid us (in Euros) for the same payment method that you used.
During the process of your request for services, CTT offers you the possibility of requesting additional services such as baby chair, booster for children, additional luggage, transportation of Golf or Sky equipment, etc. The payment of these additional services is only a provision and does not guarantee their availability on the day of transfer. In the extraordinary case that the Supplier on the day of the transfer can not meet this request for extra service, the client must inform us directly and the amount of this extra service for that transfer will be fully reimbursed.
6-Changes in the reservation
a) Any request to change the reservation must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No change will be effective until we receive it and confirm by email that the Supplier can make the corresponding modification. You can make the change at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
b) If you request a change that implies a change in the price (vehicle size, new destination, extras, etc.), the difference between what you have already paid and the new price, will be communicated by email, sending you in the same mail a link to make the payment of the difference. Until the payment is received, the change will not be accepted by the Supplier.
c) If the change produces a reduction of the initial rate, the difference will be refunded, provided that you request the modification at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time.
d) The Provider will monitor the arrival of your flight or train to anticipate possible schedule changes due to delays, taking into account the information you have provided during the reservation process. But if your flight or train number changes, or you miss the flight / train, or if you suffer any type of modification, you must inform us by calling the 24-hour attention number on your reservation voucher. Your request for change will be subject to acceptance by the local Provider and we will call you and send you an email informing you of the status of your reservation.
e) Once your plane has landed (or your train has arrived at the station), the Supplier will wait for 30 minutes at the meeting point indicated by your reservation voucher. From the disembarkation of the plane to the meeting point you will have to go through the security controls, luggage collection, customs, or perhaps even claim for loss of suitcases, etc. We advise that one of the passengers go directly to the agreed meeting point with the Provider before the 30 minutes have elapsed. If the driver had to wait longer than the established time, this may entail an additional cost that must be paid. If after 30 minutes the client does not show up at the meeting point of the airport or train station established, the service will be canceled without the right to return.
a) Any request to cancel a reservation must be sent by email to our address email@example.com with a minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled time for the first transfer.
b) Cancellations that comply with these terms will be paid in full by the same payment method and currency that you have used.
c) Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled collection time, will NOT be subject to refund.
8-Insurance and responsibility
CTT acts as a booking agent. You sign a service contract directly with the Supplier and not with us. As an Agent, we do not accept any responsibility for the provision of the transport service itself. Our responsibility is limited to publishing information on our website about the Services offered by Suppliers, to transmit information or modification of reservations to Suppliers and to inform you of any changes applied to the terms of your reservation. We do not accept any responsibility for any information or incidence on the transfers published on our website.
We disclaim all responsibility for the losses that could be caused by the incorrect processing of your request by the Supplier, the failures you commit when filling out the application form or the non-communication of complete and truthful information during the booking process.
The information about the services shown on the web, the type of vehicle, the extras, the distances and the travel times are estimated and CTT does not commit to its fulfillment. In the same way CTT does not make any suitability assessment about your service requests and we are not responsible for the choice you make.
CTT accepts no responsibility for any illness, injury, death or loss of any kind. Any claim for loss, injury, illness or death must be made directly with the Provider or may be covered by the terms of your insurance. In any case, it will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which the services were performed. We only accept responsibility for claims that arise only as a result of our own negligence.
We will not be responsible for any service you contract directly with the Supplier, and we decline any responsibility in case you make changes to the contracted services and do not inform us directly and in writing through the means of contact provided.
CTT offers this website in the state in which it is presented and makes the greatest efforts to update, maintain and operate it, not being able to guarantee the absence of technical failures, the infallibility of the service, or that the system or portal is operative at all times. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content of the website, the accuracy of the translation in languages other than Spanish, or that it is free of viruses or similar that may have harmful effects.
Any errors that may appear on the page will be corrected as soon as we become aware. Faced with any error of this kind that may affect the prices or promotions of our Suppliers, CTT reserves the right to cancel the reservation on behalf of the Supplier and to refund the entire amount paid by the passenger.
a) Neither CTT nor the Provider can guarantee or be held responsible for extraordinary situations that may occur prior to their transfer. Such circumstances can be such as accidents and delays, police controls or operations, acts of vandalism or terrorism, unplanned acts of protest, organized riots and demonstrations, unforeseen dangers on the road, acts of government or national authority, natural disasters or catastrophes. , fires and adverse weather conditions or other similar events that are beyond the control of the Supplier.
a) CTT will ensure at all times to offer you the best possible service and attention. The different contact forms and our customer service hours appear on the website. Also, during your transfer you have a 24-hour telephone number on the voucher, from which we will assist you to solve any unforeseen event regarding the transfer you have contracted through our website.
b) All communications that we maintain with you, will be made by email, so we recommend that you always check before your trip to verify that there have been no changes or cancellations in your reservation. Notifications will be sent to the address you provided during the booking process.
c) In case you change your email or contact phone number, you must notify us immediately so that we can contact you for any question regarding your request for service.
d) In the event that you do not show up at the meeting point described in the reservation voucher in the next 30 minutes from the time shown on the voucher, the provider will try to contact you at the telephone number you have provided during the reservation process. If it is not possible to talk to you because you do not answer, or because your phone is out of coverage, or because the answering machine skips or the connection fails, in that case the Provider will cancel the service without the right to refund the amount paid.
e) If at any time during the course of the service, you detect any problem with the Service provided, notify the Supplier, or call us at the number that appears on your Bonus. We will investigate the problem and try to solve it immediately. If we are not notified, our ability to investigate the subject matter of the complaint will be affected, as will your rights to make a claim. With this in mind, any claim relating to the service must be made in writing within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of transfer.
f) Upon your return you may receive a questionnaire to evaluate the service provided. This document helps us to constantly improve our services and the service provided by our Suppliers, and therefore is of vital importance to us. We thank you in advance for the time you would like to dedicate for completing it.
a) It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have entered all their personal data as well as the collection and destination data correctly (date, time, complete addresses, etc.) at the time of booking. The Supplier will take this data into account for its collection and will take you to your destination as close as possible to your accommodation, depending on the physical characteristics of the vehicle and the accessibility to the requested address.
b) The collection of passengers will always be made at the point, date and time of the meeting specified in the reservation voucher or voucher. The maximum waiting time of the driver will be 30 minutes. If you do not show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time, you will lose any right to return or modify the service.
c) The client must ensure that the arrival at the airport will be at least 2 hours before the departure time of the flight and at least 10 minutes before the opening of his check-in counter. You are responsible for making sure that the ground transportation service is booked at the appropriate dates and times so that your itinerary is fulfilled.
d) In the process of service request you must indicate if you are traveling with minors. Depending on the country, the security regulations in this regard are different, so you must request at the time of making the reservation to provide the system of retention for minors as established by the law of the country in which makes the transfer. The Provider, depending on availability, will provide the most appropriate system for the child's age, according to current regulations. In the event that the Supplier does not have a withholding system, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount of that extra but never to the payment of the transportation service.
e) If you do not inform us that you are traveling with children, you will have to travel with the vehicle's own security and retention systems. EU Directive 2003/20 / EC regulates mandatory safety systems for children. In the case of taxis and private passenger transport, the rule says:
Children under the age of three, when in a taxi or authorized vehicle, can travel without restraint in the back seat on the knees of an adult if there are no child seats available.
Children over three years of age should wear an adult seatbelt if child seats are not available or are not available.
In both cases, children will always count as passengers and occupants of the vehicle.
f) The type of vehicle in which the transfer will be made is not guaranteed. The Supplier has total freedom to change the vehicle without being able to demand any responsibility for it. On some occasions, you will proceed to change vehicles if, in this way, you can offer the service that, otherwise, could not be carried out.
g) All vehicles and Suppliers are official cars of the public taxi service of the city of Barcelona and have the administrative licenses and mandatory insurance required by the regulations and legislation of the city of Barcelona.
a) Each passenger may carry a suitcase with a maximum weight of 20 kg (maximum total combined dimension of 158cm -length + width + depth-).
b) Baggage must be identified with your name, destination address and telephone number. In the event that you leave your luggage forgotten in the vehicle, we will contact you and will be sent to the address you have indicated in the reservation. The additional expenses that derive from this shipment will be at your expense.
c) We recommend that you do not carry in your luggage fragile or valuable objects such as jewelry, money, precious metals, silverware, checks or other negotiable securities, documents, passports and other identity documents, samples, etc.
d) Neither the Supplier nor we will be responsible for the losses or damages that your luggage may suffer. The responsibility for your luggage is yours. We recommend that you subscribe to an insurance policy that protects you against possible losses and damages.
e) The acceptance of these terms and conditions on your part, oblige you to comply at all times with the legislation in force in Spain. In this regard, your baggage may not contain prohibited items such as dangerous substances, firearms, perishable items or fragile items, or animals that have not been recorded in accordance with clause f) below.
f) During the booking process you must indicate if you are traveling with pets. Pets are your sole responsibility and as such you should seek at all times for your well-being and health. They must always travel in a container that complies with IATA regulations. The transportation of pets is subject to the availability and approval of the Provider and at an additional cost that you must pay. In case of not informing us or not to comply with the required security conditions, the Provider has the right to cancel your transfer without right of refund for you.
a) The client declares by accepting this contract, that he is of legal age and qualified to accept the subscribed responsibilities.
b) The customer declares that he / she understands the general conditions and undertakes to pay for the services requested by means of a credit or debit card, with authorization for its use and with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service.
c) You understand that you must notify CTT of any variation that affects your reservation and the service as quickly as possible.
d) The service will be carried out according to the details that you have given us in the booking process. You have the obligation to check all the data that appear in the reservation voucher of the service that we will send you in the confirmation email and in case of discrepancy you must notify us in writing with a minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled time for the first transfer hired. If we do not do it, we will not be able to assist you and we will not be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, without the right to return.
e) The client must carry all the necessary documentation to cross the borders. Neither the Supplier nor CTT will be responsible or accept any charges that are incurred if you do not carry the documentation or if you do not comply with the rules of the customs, police, tax authority or administration of the countries for which it is requested. the entrance. The reservation voucher is not considered a valid document to obtain visas.
f) In the event that the Supplier or CTT had to face a deposit or economic fine in front of the corresponding Authorities as a consequence of the breach of the laws on their part, regulations or any other requirement imposed by the countries to which they wish access, who wants to leave or for those who will transit, we will be entitled to retain any amount of money that belongs to you until you make the payment in full.
14-Right of Admission
a) The Provider shall have the right to refuse to transfer any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right, under reasonable criteria, to stop the transfer if the behavior or behavior of any of the passengers affects your safety or that of the driver of the vehicle. Neither we nor any of our Suppliers accept any responsibility for the additional expenses incurred by you or your group as a result of such conduct.
b) The consumption of alcohol and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited in vehicles. Smoking is not allowed inside them.
15-Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
a) These General Terms and Conditions, as well as any relationship between CTT and the Client, will be governed by Spanish legislation. For any litigious issue arising from the existence, content and / or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions or any relationship between CTT and the Client, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
b) CTT reserves the right to make changes at any time on its website, as well as in these General Terms and Conditions.
In your travel itinerary probably involved different operators and means of transport that you have hired. For your security and guarantee, we strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy that covers the eventual expenses in case of cancellation of the reservation and that includes coverage for accident or illness (including repatriation), bankruptcy of the Provider, loss of luggage, loss of cash, as well as other derived expenses.
